Infinity Initiatives support people who are homeless and also at risk of becoming homeless. Providing support with a range of issues including; substance misuse, housing needs, family issues, debt counselling, anti-social behaviour, isolation, bereavement and loss. Helping with clothing and food and also providing life skills courses which assist with independent living.
Infinity Initiatives support almost anyone who needs it. Whether they are part of a family unit or an individual, regardless age or indeed are already homeless. Infinity understand that everything in life intertwines and rarely will people only have one issue, the projects they run are built around this very idea and so there are no criteria, thresholds or time limits on help.
A pro-active approach which provides invaluable engagement with families is carried out by educational intervention through activities such as sport, drama, arts and other projects across Tameside. This can make the difference between a family becoming homeless or not.
